RIP Mason Jars–Following Is A Fall Idea With Spaghetti Jars DIY All In One

I understand you have seen how you can take a mason jar & do lots of things. But what about a very simple jar? Say a spaghetti jar with a small style. So this is how to provide a sophisticated style for autumn to a jar.

Period: 4 Hours Cost: $3 Issue: Easy

The very first thing to do is to clean out the jars completely making sure to take out glue that is tacky and the label.   Allow the jars dry. Following the jars were completely dry, I decided to experiment and then layer the paint.   It was not worth the effort.   When I do it I do several coats of paint and will only use 1 colour.

I painted over the paint using a cream colour and then coated to highlight the raised areas.

Then I selected one of my favorite letter stencils.   I chose to follow the letter.   My worry is that the paint will seep under the stencil since it wouldn’t lay flat.   Put the “f” on a single jar, an “a” over the next jar and 2 “l’s” about the 3rd one.   Notice how the “l’s” seem to be decreasing?

For a sophisticated look use copper craft paint to fit in these letters. The aluminum paint really can up the wow factor of just one piece.     The component can be painted by you.   I chose to paint it as the correspondence is displayed on the stencil. Allow the paint dry and then wax the pigments.

And the rope is taken by now. Begin at the base of the mouth of hot glue and then the jar the rope into the jar.   Wrap and glue till you reach the top.   Dab a little bit of glue into the rope on the cut end so it doesn’t shatter and places on the surface.

Would you believe these spaghetti jars look today?
